You can know all sorts of leadership techniques, and still hold yourself back.
Why?
Inner critics are the worst kind of self-talk demon. We all have one, and when we listen to it, we can spiral into imposter syndrome and shrink from exercising leadership where it’s needed most.
In this workshop we use storytelling and reflective exercises to explore the critic and find new ways of working with it, supporting one another towards self-confidence and leadership. Participants leave with new perspectives and practices for relating to their critic, and additional steps to take to move forward in their leadership.
I just wanted to let you know that my critic has been on vacation since last Tuesday after your session. I know she will probably come back and visit me from time to time, but there has been a drastic change in her presence in my daily thoughts. I cannot thank you enough. Seriously. This was desperately needed. – Past participant from a workshop in the US
